Vintage Circus continues………….

Even though I will take my “picture a day”, I am going to continue telling you about the Vintage Circus concept shoot.  I am still sky high and it was four days ago.  We are planning to do more of these concept shoots in the future since it was such a success for all involved.  By allowing our imaginations to run wild, we unleashed creativity behind the lens and now in post production work.  Here is a peek at some of what was going on behind the scenes:

This is just a small part of the props, and clothing that we all brought for the shoot.  There were many trips to the thrift shops involved, scouring closets, and studios.  One of our models brought even more things for us to use which contributed greatly to such a fabulous day.

Fancy eyelashes, anyone?  Besides “regular” false eyelashes, we had lashes made of lace, lashes with fancy lengths, shapes and colors and even feathers.  How the models stood those things is beyond me.  They would have driven me crazy.

I forgot to mention the bags of shoes involved.  We had boots, platforms, ballet shoes and tons of every type of shoe imaginable.  Those of you who love shoes would have spent the day in bliss trying things on.

It’s all I can do to quit writing and get back to work.  There are tons more images I want to put in this blog, but, they will have to wait for another day.  Hope you all have a super day and don’t forget to let your imaginations run wild once in a while.  It is good for us all!
